"We’re confident that you and your Singleton&Clamp sofa will share many happy moments together. However, to ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 100-Day Trial. Please note, this trial is only applicable to the UK Mainland and is subject to the conditions outlined below".
Please refer to the table below for potential deductions to your refund.
How Our 100-Day Trial Works Your trial commences from the day of delivery, which is considered ‘Day 1’. We believe you’ll fall in love with your Singleton&Clamp sofa at first sight. If you do, no further action is required and the sofa is yours to keep.
However, if you encounter any issues, you have the option to return your sofa within the 100-day period, provided it’s in near-perfect and resalable condition. To initiate a return, simply contact us with the subject line ‘Order Number X: Return’ and explain why you’d like to return your item(s). We will then arrange a date to collect your returned items.
