Order and Delivery Process Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. As each of our sofas is made to order, delivery typically takes between 6 to 8 weeks. This allows us to ensure that every detail of your sofa meets our high-quality standards. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive tracking information.

Restricted Postcodes Please note that delivery may take slightly longer for certain postcodes. However, rest assured that your sofa will arrive safely within the quoted timescales on purchase.

Delivery to Northern Ireland We do not offer free delivery to Northern Ireland, please contact us before purchase for any updates to this policy.

International/European Sofa Delivery Currently, we only ship our sofas within the UK. We do not offer shipping to European countries or international locations. However, we are planning to expand our delivery services in the future.

Packaging No packaging is provided as all products are delivered in reusable bags and taken away post delivery inline with our 'Green Promise' policy. Alternative packaging may be required if a return or refund is required. 

Sofa Assembly Our delivery team will deliver and assemble your sofa in any room of your choice in minutes.

Sofa Returns We take pride in the quality of our sofas, but we understand that sometimes a style or color might not be the right fit. That’s why we offer a 100-day money-back guarantee. If you decide to return your sofa within 100 days of purchase, we can accept the return.

Damage or Defect Policy If your sofa arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or repair as per the situation.

Cancellation Policy Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any charges. Any cancellations after this period may incur a fee.

Warranty In addition, we offer a Life-time frame warranty and a 2-year fabric warranty to cover any unlikely issues.
